Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as Sr. Operations Manager in US Life & Annuity Insurance.
• Sales experience in insurance is required.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Willing to be assigned at Alabang site.

• Deliver operational excellence to meet SLAs and process standards.
• Manage capacity and resource planning to ensure 100% billable staff for production.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners.
