Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Cagayan de Oro seeks a Branch Manager to drive sales performance, recruitment, and profitability for the local office. You will lead, develop, and manage an agency force to push VUL and Traditional insurance products.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/finance/communication, 1–3 years in life insurance sales and over 2 years leading a team, with licenses for traditional and VUL. Strong EI, public speaking, and recruitment skills are essential.

Qualifications
