Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a Branch Acquisition Officer to drive retail insurance production through banca channels across Metro Manila.

You will collaborate with bank broker units and bank Relationship Managers to issue policies, collect payments, and onboard bank staff for referrals and sales. The role is field-intensive and target-driven, measuring success by policy issuance speed, premium collection, and activation of branch frontliners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of bancassurance, insurance sales, or bank-based financial products distribution.
• Experience within a bank branch network in Metro Manila is a strong advantage.
• Non-life insurance background preferred; licensed or willing to be licensed as required by the Insurance Commission.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between the company and bank brokers for retail policy issuance.
• Join bank RMs in client meetings to present insurance solutions and support closing.
• Monitor payments, renewals, and maintain collections trackers for the region.
• Onboard branches and FI staff, deliver product training, and drive referral activity.
• Own production targets for Metro Manila, and report regional performance with accuracy.
