Work-1 Manpower Recruitment Services is seeking a training specialist to design and deliver programs focused on life and health insurance products. Role includes evaluating training impact and coaching individuals to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in insurance training, and will adapt methods to diverse learning styles in a Manila-based, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance training or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products.
• Experience in a BPO environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs focusing on life and health insurance products.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on participant feedback.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to enhance employee performance and understanding.
• Develop training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify ongoing training needs and opportunities.
