Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Operations, Technology or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Life & Annuities operations, BPS, or insurance operations.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-level teams in a KPI-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of call center operations, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of Life & Annuities operations, ensuring delivery meets SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Establish a disciplined operating rhythm with regular performance reviews and clear accountability.
• Own and drive performance across core KPIs with targets and recovery plans.
• Proactively identify performance gaps using data insights and lead interventions.
• Ensure governance through reporting, metrics standardization, and leadership visibility.
• Drive a culture of execution excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead a multi-layered organization through managers with clear succession pipelines.
• Foster inclusive, high-performance culture while driving talent development and retention.
