This onsite role in Pasay City and Alabang requires graveyard shift availability and at least 6 months of BPO experience. Strong communication, accurate record-keeping, and basic computer skills are essential to deliver quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City and Alabang.
• Amenable to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to life insurance and annuity products.
