The role requires testing systems, troubleshooting, and translating complex business needs into technical language for smooth licensing and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Extensive client-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensing consultancy for mid-to-high complexity requests.
• Coordinate onboarding with Onboarding and Implementation teams.
• Present licensing processes and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Train staff and partners on licensing practices.
