Job summary

PH1 World Developers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Construction Management Officer to oversee the planning, execution, and handover of construction projects in Cavite, ensuring adherence to approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety.

The role requires a licensed Electrical, Civil, or Architect, with at least 5 years in construction management, contractor leadership, and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture (Required)
• Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field is an advantage
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer or Architect
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management, project supervision, and site coordination
• Proven experience in managing contractors while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Experience in both vertical and horizontal real estate developments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute construction schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and project team plans aligned with the master project timeline and approved budget
• Implement the Project Quality Plan and Project Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Plan during the planning phase, including site trainings to ensure full understanding and compliance by all engineers and architects
• Analyze all material submittals and approvals from contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget limits, and required approvals
• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards through regular site inspections and testing
• Monitor contractor performance through regular coordination and monthly review meetings to ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
• Review and analyze progress billings and variation orders, ensuring cost efficiency and mitigation of potential overruns
• Conduct final inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring completeness of quality and compliance documentation
• Ensure full and accurate documentation for project turnover and handover to Property Management
