Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Full-time on-site role in Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Direct multiple active construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with building codes, quality standards, and budget limits.
• Resource Allocation: Oversee logistics of labor, materials, and equipment; coordinate with procurement to maintain inventory and prevent delays.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols; conduct routine audits to mitigate risks.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, schedule, and evaluate project managers and field superintendents; facilitate architect/engineer/subcontractor communication.
• Budget & Cost Control: Prepare financial forecasts, manage cost estimates, and track expenses to improve profitability.
• Report: Ensure that reports are accurate.
