Job summary

Mundo Design + Build in the Philippines is seeking a Project In-Charge to supervise field activities and drive daily progress under the Project Manager. You will coordinate staffing, materials, and site information to keep the work on schedule and ensure quality throughout the project.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in construction, strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction as Project In-Charge.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities and direct daily progress under the Project Manager.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and site information to maintain schedule.
• Develop and update progress schedules in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and procurement to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare daily reports, diaries, and project documentation.
