Job summary

Madamba Builders & Trading Corp. is seeking a Project Manager with an Architecture background to lead construction operations across multiple sites in the Philippines.

You will oversee daily team activities, ensure projects adhere to contracts, drawings, and specs, and coordinate with procurement, subcontractors, and clients while managing schedules, budgets, and safety. A Professional License is required, with relevant construction experience and willingness to travel and overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional License (Board Passer) is required for this role.
• Relevant professional experience in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Willing to be assigned to various project locations within or outside Metro Manila.
• Must be open to working overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the construction team, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Implement project plans in accordance with contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage workforce deployment, supervision, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare material requisitions, delivery clearances, and equipment pull-out documentation.
• Review, assess, and verify the BOQ and BOM with the Project Manager.
• Secure required work permits, clearances, and other approvals.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a safe working environment on sites.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned.
