Mevbuilt Incorporated in Cavite on-site is seeking a Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience. You will lead project planning, budgeting, procurement and site execution to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications include Civil Engineering (licensed preferred), strong leadership, and proficiency in Autocad, MS Project and Primavera. This full-time on-site role requires effective communication and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering graduate, preferably licensed.
• Experience in project management and construction execution.
• Proficiency with Autocad and CM software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project execution plan with timelines and resources.
• Prepare and manage budgets and reconcile with engineering.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Lead and motivate the site team to meet scope, quality and safety.
• Monitor schedule, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress and cost reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and labor regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
