Job summary

MEBS Construction OPC is seeking a Licensed Architect to join the team on a project-based basis with a primarily Work From Home arrangement. The ideal candidate has a valid architectural license and at least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, floor planning, and construction drawings.

You must be able to work independently, coordinate with engineers, management, and clients, and attend client meetings and site visits when required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed architect.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in architectural design, floor planning, and preparation of construction drawings.
• Knowledgeable in preparing plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Must have own computer/laptop and necessary equipment/software to perform the job effectively.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with engineers, management, clients, and other project team members.
• Willing to attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• Must be responsive, organized, and able to meet agreed project deadlines.

Work Arrangement

Primarily Work From Home (WFH)

This is a hybrid setup where most of the work will be performed remotely. However, the Architect must be willing and available for:

• Client meetings

• Site visits / ocular inspections

• Project coordination meetings

• Other on-site requirements when necessary

Scope of Work

The Architect may be assigned to:

• Prepare architectural concepts and designs

• Develop floor plans and space planning

• Prepare elevations, sections, and architectural details

• Prepare architectural drawings for construction and building permit requirements

• Coordinate architectural plans with Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and other Engineering disciplines

Compensation

Project-Based Rate: ₱200 per square meter of the project's Total Floor Area

Example:

100 sqm Total Floor Area × ₱200/sqm = ₱20,000 Architectural Professional Fee

Professional Fee for Sign and Seal is paid separately and is ON TOP of the ₱200/sqm project-based rate.

The applicable Sign and Seal professional fee shall be discussed and agreed upon depending on the project requirements.

We are looking for architects who can work professionally and independently from home while remaining available for client meetings, project coordination, and site visits when required.
