JOB OBJECTIVE:

• Ensures that all national and local ordinances, rules, standards and laws are abided for the Technical plans and Drawings.
• To support the COO and other Managers in delivering the Company’s objectives and goals for the future Projects.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop initial project concepts and conducts studies that would make more detailed assessment of the project concept
2. Coordinates in preparation, conceptualization and development of Design Department for technical schemes and concepts of new projects
3. Responsible for effective and efficiently overseeing the project from its initial phase to its completion
4. Participates in and monitors progress of the Project Development Process until post-turnover, particularly with regards to timetable, budgets and ensures product and brand integrity and buyer commitment is protected during implementation
5. Lead and facilitate implementation of the project with the consideration of set budgets and schedules as approved in the project study
6. Coordinates with Sales and Marketing in the preparation and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the project launch and sustaining efforts until sell-out
7. Coordinates various departments to keep synched with the objectives of the project and the company and to ensure deliverables are met based on agreed dates
8. Coordinates, monitors, and ensures consultants are on track with the project’s goal and timeline
9. Prepares and requests consultants’ billings
10. Conducts periodic scanning of competitors of assigned projects. (Reference pricing, unit types/features, amenities, unit/building finishes, etc.)
11. Submit project status report and updates project timetable. Attends technical meetings for new projects
12. Provides technical support to Marketing Department for any marketing collateral needed
13. Helps out in sourcing required consultants, suppliers and third party groups needed for the project
14. Secures required government permits, licenses, certifications, clearances, etc. needed for project launch, operation and completion
15. Preparation and presentation of Basic House Model schemes, plans and details for new Projects.
16. Checking and approval of House plans of Owner built buyers.
17. Basic master planning

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as an Architect Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills
• BS degree in Architecture
• Preferably with license
