Job summary

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a Project Architect to lead architectural activities on the Hotel and Casino Renovation Project in Mactan/Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. You will provide architectural leadership, technical supervision, and oversight of drawings, specifications, and site inspections.

The role requires coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and designers to ensure compliance with design standards, schedules, and local building regulations,

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise architectural activities related to the hotel and casino renovation works
• Review and monitor the implementation of approved architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and design details
• Ensure that architectural works are consistent with the approved design and project requirements
• Coordinate architectural activities with structural, civil, MEPF, interior design, and other disciplines
• Monitor project progress and identify architectural issues that may affect cost, quality, schedule, or project completion
• Provide technical recommendations and solutions to architectural and construction-related concerns
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of architectural works
• Verify that construction activities conform to approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, material samples, and technical submittals
• Prepare regular architectural and site inspection reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine building laws, regulations, codes, and local government requirements
• Maintain proper records of approved drawings, revisions, site instructions, and other architectural documentation

About the role

The Project Architect will be responsible for providing architectural leadership, technical supervision, coordination, and documentation support for the Hotel and Casino Renovation Project in Mactan/Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The position will ensure that architectural works are implemented in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, design standards, project schedule, quality requirements, applicable building regulations, and client requirements. The Project Architect will closely coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Designers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project implementation.
