Job summary

Diseño MNL Construction Corp. (DMCC) is seeking a Licensed Architect to lead architectural design, project coordination, site supervision, documentation, and project management.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with various disciplines and ensure compliance with approved plans and standards. Requirements include a valid Architecture license, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Sketchbook, Photoshop, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Architect.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Sketchbook, Photoshop, and Revit.
• Has experience in project management and coordination.
• Able to handle multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring is an advantage.
• Graduate from University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture is an advantage.

• Ensure that project works comply with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Perform other architectural and project management duties as may be assigned.

• Graduate from University of Santo Tomas (UST) College of Architecture is an advantage.
