Amtrak Machineries & Equipment OPC is seeking a Liaison Officer to handle government transactions, permits, licenses, and document processing. This in-person, full-time role involves coordinating with LGUs and agencies, submitting and following up government documents, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
We are looking for a Liaison Officer to handle government transactions, permits, licenses, and document processing for Amtrak Machineries & Equipment.
Process and coordinate permits, licenses, registrations, and company documents.
Liaise with LGUs, LTO, BIR, BFP, DOLE, DENR, and other government agencies.
Submit, follow up, and monitor government documents and applications.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding permits, registrations, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of government transactions and documents.
Conduct field work and visit government offices as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of liaison, government transaction, permits, or administrative experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of government permits and licensing processes is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office.
Willing to travel and conduct field work.
Valid driver's license is an advantage.
