The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of liaison, government transaction, permits, or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of government permits and licensing processes is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willing to travel and conduct field work.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate permits, licenses, registrations, and company documents.
  • Liaise with LGUs, LTO, BIR, BFP, DOLE, DENR, and other government agencies.
  • Submit, follow up, and monitor government documents and applications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding permits, registrations, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of government transactions and documents.
  • Conduct field work and visit government offices as required.
