Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactiveLiaison Officerto facilitate the timely processing of permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with government agencies, utility providers, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance and support smooth project execution. Applicants should be willing to travel frequently and preferably know how to drive with a valid drivers license.
Process and secure permits, licenses, and clearances from government agencies (e.g., LGUs, BIR, DENR, DPWH, HLURB/DHSUD, Registry of Deeds, and other regulatory offices as required).
Liaise with utility companies and service providers for applications, inspections, and service connections.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documentary and regulatory requirements are completed on schedule.
Monitor the status of permit applications and provide regular updates to management.
Prepare, organize, and maintain records of permits, contracts, legal documents, and government correspondence.
Represent the company during meetings with government agencies, clients, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and company policies.
Assist with property-related documentation, land titles, tax declarations, and other legal documents when necessary.
Perform field visits to project sites and government offices as required.
Handle other administrative and liaison-related duties assigned by management.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Legal Management, or any related field.
At least2 years of experienceas a Liaison Officer, preferably in theconstruction, real estate, engineering, or infrastructure industry.
Strong knowledge of government processes, permits, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel frequently and visit government offices and project sites.
