Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth processing.
Prepare and file daily itineraries of activities, tasks, and meetings.
Stay updated on local and national regulations regarding safety, health, and building requirements.
Ensure timely processing of all permits to avoid project delays.
