Job summary

Dial A handyman in Makati is seeking a Liaison Officer to coordinate and secure building permits and related construction approvals with LGUs. The role requires 1–3 years in permit processing and strong documentation skills.

You'll work with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and government agencies, travel to various LGUs, and ensure compliance with the National Building Code and local regulations. Familiarity with offices like OBO, DPWH, and BFP is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; licensed architect is an advantage but may not always be required.
• Experience in building permit processing, occupancy permits, and other construction-related permits.
• Familiar with the National Building Code of the Philippines, local zoning regulations, and LGU permit procedures.
• Knowledge of requirements and documentation for securing permits from the Office of the Building Official (OBO), City/Municipal Planning Office, Bureau of Fire Protection, and other government agencies.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and government offices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple permit applications simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and process documents at various LGUs.
