Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is hiring an IT Support specialist in Singapore. You will provide Level 2 support for about 150 end users, covering desktops, apps, servers, cloud services and network issues.

Occasional coordination with the Hong Kong IT team is required, and Cantonese speakers have an added advantage. The role offers a permanent hybrid setup, with 3 days in office and 2 days WFH, in Bugis area.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Hands-on Level 2 end-user and technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / O365 services.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server and Windows 11 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for ~150 end users across devices, apps and networks.
• Troubleshoot incidents across end-user computing, Microsoft 365, Windows and servers.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM systems and create KB articles.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams and Hong Kong IT team as needed.
• Assist with process improvements and automation via scripting.
