Job summary

The role involves formulating plans with Cluster Head and Territory Head, conducting vendor reviews, and driving cost-saving initiatives through end-to-end issue resolution and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Contract administration experience required.
• Vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with CH and TH to plan programs and drive operational efficiency.
• Schedule and conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure services meet scope and standards.
• Monitor project status with vendor partners and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with lessors, LGUs, and internal teams to resolve access, payment, and contract issues.
• Ensure timely updates on ongoing cases to stakeholders and leadership.
