Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compliance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Form plans with Cluster Head and Territory Head to meet targets and improve efficiency.
• Schedule vendor performance reviews and ensure services meet scope and standards.
• Monitor project status with vendor partners and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with lessors, LGUs, and internal stakeholders to resolve access, payments, renewals, and amendments.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure timely contract processing and approvals.
