Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an SLA and Vendor Lead to manage and optimize SLAs, contracts, and supplier relationships across our data center operations in the Philippines.

You will partner with Engineering, Project Delivery, Legal, and Finance to ensure vendors meet contractual obligations, performance standards, and quality requirements, while driving strategic planning and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in vendor management, SLA management, or similar role in data center IT infra.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and monitoring SLA performance.
• Exposure to maintenance management and project lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with data center operations and MEPF systems is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework is an advantage.
• Procurement or project management training/certifications preferred.
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define, negotiate, and finalize comprehensive SLAs and KPIs for all critical vendors/suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end vendor performance management, including reviews and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular performance review meetings with vendors to review metrics and drive improvements.
• Own TORs, scopes of work, and RFPs for new projects and services; govern contract lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional supplier selection and onboarding; evaluate proposals and select vendors.
• Assess vendor capacity and manage risk and regulatory/compliance requirements.
