Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Contract Specialist to coordinate, negotiate, and manage moderately complex proposals and contracts. You will research business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, and provide leadership during proposal and day‑to‑day contracting activities.

The role focuses on ensuring Globe‑owned network site leases are completed and renewed on time, addressing lessor concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers to support

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and negotiating moderately complex proposals and contracts.
• Ability to research business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods.
• Demonstrated leadership in contracting strategy and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all lessor concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Keep all assigned territory contracts active, safekept, renewed, and compliant with guidelines.
• Attend cadence and problem solving sessions for network performance and business management.
• Oversee managed services partners to meet renewal targets and resolve simple lessor issues.
• Regularly update territory dashboards and close backlog issues promptly.
