Job summary

GoTyme PH (Philippines) is seeking a Lending Operations Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of Salary Loans and the Loan Channelling function. You will ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and settlement, while driving service excellence and robust regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team, implement maker-checker controls, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to scale lending operations with strong controls and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending operations and familiarity with disbursement and settlement.
• Ability to design, test, and implement controls in lending processes.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency through automation and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lending Operations team handling Salary Loans and Loan Channelling.
• Establish ownership, maker-checker controls, and service standards.
• Ensure complete loan-level and transaction-level records through reconciliation of core banking data and partner reports.
• Monitor reconciliation breaks, unusual movements, and operational exceptions; drive investigations and resolutions.
• Manage partner performance, funding requirements, and settlement obligations per SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compliant, timely outcomes.
• Provide management reporting on volumes, turnaround times, reconciliation status, incidents, risks, and partner performance.
• Support audit, regulatory requirements, and drive automation to reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
