Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Lending Field Collector in Laguna for a field-based, dayshift role covering San Pedro, Biñan, Santa Rosa, Cabuyao, and Calamba Taitay. You will conduct field visits, secure payment commitments, and perform skip tracing to recover delinquent accounts.

The role requires prior field collection experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to meet daily visit and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant collection experience in lending/financing/banking or financial services.
• Must have actual experience conducting field collection visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct house-to-house and/or office visits to borrowers with past-due or delinquent loan accounts.
• Handle assigned accounts across different stages of delinquency and work toward securing payment or Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments.
• Conduct skip tracing and address verification when borrowers cannot be reached or located at their registered address.
• Negotiate appropriate payment arrangements with borrowers while maintaining professional communication.
• Follow up on PTP commitments and take appropriate collection actions when payments are not fulfilled.
• Verify and update borrower contact and address information obtained during field visits.
• Accurately document visit results, borrower updates, payment commitments, and account dispositions.
• Meet daily field visit and monthly collection targets.
• Submit timely collection reports and activity updates to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of borrower information and comply with data privacy and fair collection guidelines.
