Job summary

AND Financing Corporation is seeking a Field Collections Officer in Pasig to perform collections on endorsed accounts, visiting delinquent customers and negotiating for repayment. The role requires about 2 years in collections and the ability to handle Pasig-area accounts.

The position emphasizes following the company's collection workflow, updating customer details, and escalating issues to supervisors for timely resolution. On-site work in Pasig is expected.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• With 2 years’ experience in Field Collections or relevant experience in secured or unsecured collections.
• Willing to handle accounts in Pasig Area.

Responsibilities

• Perform collections actions on endorsed accounts according to the collections workflow, abiding by the company standards.
• Visit delinquent customers who refuse to repay their loan obligation in the regular collection process and negotiate for immediate repayment.
• Follow through on the customer's commitment to repay their loan obligation.
• Escalate collection issues gathered through field visit activities to discuss with the supervisor and team for immediate resolution or action.
• Probe and establish contact with delinquent customers to deliver demand letters and/or notices.
• Update the management with all newly acquired customer information (Address, Employer, Mobile Number, etc.) in a timely and correct manner through probing or skip-tracing for future communication.
• Verify customer information based on the data provided through the loan application.
