Job summary

Visa is seeking a Legal Operations professional to support eBilling and vendor management across its global legal spend program. You will help manage TyMetrix 360° platforms, onboarding, and data governance while collaborating with finance and legal stakeholders to improve processes and reporting.

You will develop dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, support forecasting and accruals, and drive continuous improvements within a fast-paced, in-office environment in Pasay, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years in Legal Operations, eBilling, vendor management or related field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of eBilling platform (TyMetrix 360°).
• Assist with law firm onboarding, vendor management, and data maintenance.
• Support billing operations, invoice processing workflows, and issue resolution.
• Maintain billing guidelines, rate structures, matter information, and data.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to track legal spend and KPIs.
• Assist forecasting, budgeting, accrual reporting, and management reporting.
