You will assist with TyMetrix 360 onboarding, invoice processing workflows, and KPI reporting using Power BI and Tableau, helping improve efficiency and accuracy across global spend programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in Legal Operations, eBilling, vendor management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Assist with administration of TyMetrix 360° eBilling platform and billing workflows.
Support law firm onboarding, vendor records, and engagement management.
Review invoices for compliance and resolve billing issues; monitor payment status.
Develop dashboards and KPI reports for legal spend using BI tools.
Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
