Job summary

Visa is seeking a Legal Operations specialist to support eBilling and global spend management. You will help administer TyMetrix 360° and other platforms, onboard firms, manage invoices, and contribute to dashboards and KPIs.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement within a global legal spend program. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Legal Operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Legal Operations, eBilling, vendor management, or related field.
• Experience with eBilling platforms such as TyMetrix 360° or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of the department's eBilling program and related platforms.
• Assist with law firm/vendor onboarding and matter management.
• Support invoice processing workflows and issue resolution.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor legal spend and vendor performance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.
