Job Description
Receive clients, visitors, and guests of the law firm.
Answer, screen, and refer phone calls to the party concerned and make outgoing calls for legal staff.
Receive and sort incoming mail.
Route or deliver (if necessary) outgoing mails, communications, reports, and other materials, and return borrowed records.
Scan documents and maintain an organized database of scanned documents that is readily accessible upon request by legal staff.
Arrange and keep appointment and hearing schedules and due dates for filing in court.
Assist in preparing reports and correspondencessuch as notices/agenda/minutes of meetings, certificates, affidavits, letters,annexes/exhibits to pleadings.
Assist in maintaining the notarial registers of the lawyers.
Perform other work-related tasks that the lawyers may assign.
