Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage employment contracts, client service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards applicable to manpower and recruitment operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain legal policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management procedures.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel regarding legal and compliance matters.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and provide recommendations to management regarding potential business impacts.
  • Conduct legal and compliance audits to identify risks and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support Human Resources in employee relations matters, administrative investigations, disciplinary proceedings, labor cases, and compliance-related concerns.
  • Maintain corporate records, permits, licenses, registrations, and regulatory filings.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management on operational, contractual, and employment-related issues.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks that may affect company operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and safekeeping of all legal records and contracts.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and legal updates for management.
  • Perform other legal and compliance-related duties as may be assigned.

  • Experience in handling legal documentation, compliance monitoring, policy implementation, and coordination with government agencies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and legal documentation management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management, operations, HR, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in a manpower agency, retail, or service-oriented industry is an advantage.
