This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal.

What You'll Do:

• You will oversee and coordinate legal matters in the local jurisdiction
• You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in legal approach, managing local corporate compliance, legal and regulatory matters, and providing strategic legal support to the business
• You will draft and/or review agreements, policies, and contracts
• You will prepare corporate secretarial documents such as directors' and shareholders' resolutions, corporate approvals, and filings
• You will act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and government agencies during inspections or inquiries
• You will support local teams in disputes, claims, and litigations

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and qualified as a lawyer
• At least 5 years of work experience in corporate law gained in private practice or in-house legal roles
• Exposure to the retail industry is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High comfort in working independently, and managing regional stakeholders
