Job summary

OPKO Outsourcing and Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a compliance professional to develop and implement a robust legal compliance program for clients based in Hong Kong and the Philippines.

You will oversee corporate lifecycle tasks, including company setup and permit renewal, and manage government registrations. You will proactively audit processes to keep mandatory records current and evaluate activities for compliance risk per internal policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program for clients in Hong Kong and the Philippines.
• Audit processes and documents to maintain updated statutory records.
• Assess compliance risk and advise according to internal policy.
• Communicate with regulators including the SEC Philippines and the Hong Kong Company Registry as needed.

Job description

• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program for our clients based in Hong Kong and Philippines, throughout the entire corporate lifecycle, including:

  • Company set up
  • Business Permit and License renewal
  • Assistance with Corporate Bank opening and on request
  • Registration and compliance with mandatory government agencies including SSS, PagIBIG, PhilHealth
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to maintain updated full set of statutory/mandatory records,
• Evaluate business activities of our clients to assess compliance risk according to our internal policy
• Follow up specific inquiries of clients, the SEC in the Philippines, or the Company Registry in Hong Kong.
