Job summary

JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. is seeking a General Ledger Analyst to maintain the integrity of financial records, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts.

You will assist with month-end and year-end closes, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting and audits. This role is onsite in Ortigas City and requires attention to detail, CPA or relevant certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA is required.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in general ledger, reconciliations, or financial reporting, preferably in FMCG or distribution industry, audit firm, Finance shared services company.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas City.

• Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records through journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and regulatory compliance.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements for the general ledger function.
