Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support property management accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain tenant accounts, process lease documentation, and reconcile escrow and security deposit ledgers with accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in AR or related finance roles, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of Yardi. On-site work at Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable or related experience.
• Experience in Property Management or Real Estate accounting preferred.
• Experience processing lease agreements and reconciliations preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Yardi, especially Yardi 7S.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and reconcile resident and tenant accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing adjustments.
• Reconcile security deposit general ledger accounts against bank statements.
• Perform monthly escrow accounting and ensure accounts are accurate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
