Job summary

Festival Supermall, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive mall occupancy and revenue by sourcing prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and managing tenant relationships across the property.

This role coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely fit-outs and store openings while monitoring lease compliance and performance. The successful candidate will conduct market research, build strong tenant relationships with brokers, prepare leasing reports, forecasts and presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/real estate field is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and retail leasing principles.
• Experience in lease negotiation and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new tenants to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely tenant fit-out and store openings, and monitoring lease compliance. The Leasing Specialist also supports the achievement of leasing targets by maintaining a healthy tenant mix, enhancing the property’s commercial performance, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
