Job summary

Century Limitless Corporation is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Metro Manila to drive occupancy and revenue for mall spaces. You will source tenants, negotiate terms, and manage lease documentation while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Operations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate, have 1–2 years in retail leasing, and possess strong negotiation, communication, and MS Office skills to deliver timely leasing reports and maintain excellent tenant relations.

Qualifications

Leasing Specialist

is responsible for managing the leasing process of retail spaces within the mall, including prospecting tenants, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective tenants. This role ensures optimal occupancy, tenant mix, and revenue generation aligned with the mall’s overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential tenants aligned with the mall’s target market and tenant mix
• Conduct market research to stay updated on retail trends, competitor offerings, and rental benchmarks
• Present and promote available retail spaces to prospective tenants
• Handle lease negotiations, including rental rates, contract terms, and conditions
• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documentation
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for lease finalization and tenant onboarding
• Monitor lease expirations and renewals; initiate renewal discussions with existing tenants
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Assist in resolving tenant concerns related to leasing agreements
• Track leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets
• Prepare regular leasing reports for management

Qualifications
