Prince Retail Group of Companies is seeking a Leasing Specialist to be the first contact for clients, tenants, operations, and security teams for move-in and move-out activities. The role also supports tenant concerns, leasing activities, occupancy growth, and coordination with internal teams.
You will coordinate with Credit & Collection, respond to leads, build tenant relationships, and prepare monthly reports while negotiating with potential tenants.
Negros & Panay Area
The Leasing Specialist acts as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, operations, and security teams for move-in and move-out activities. The role also supports tenant concerns, leasing activities, occupancy growth, and coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate with Credit & Collection on tenant billing concerns, BIR requirements, and payment status.
Respond to leads promptly and maintain records of calls and visits.
Build and maintain good relationships with tenants.
Attend to tenant maintenance requests, renovation progress, and other leasing concerns.
Assist store branches with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Facilitate tenant exhibits, ingress and egress, and ensure completion of required documents.
Prepare and submit monthly OPCOM and SBU reports.
Coordinate with the Contract Management Team on database records, leasing templates, and padlock/disconnection status.
Implement marketing strategies and provide regular updates to the direct superior and Leasing Sales Manager.
Conduct market observations, prospect for new stores, and negotiate with potential tenants.
Attend meetings, trainings, orientations, and seminars related to leasing processes and skills development.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience specializing in Leasing, preferably in the retail industry or with similar duties.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
