GTW Retail and Leisure Corporation invites an enthusiastic Leasing Specialist (Pre-Opening) to help attract prospective tenants, present spaces, and manage lease contracts for the Boracay Central project.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain leasing records, and support marketing efforts to ensure a successful pre-opening. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in leasing or related fields, with strong communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, administration, or contract management.

Leasing Specialist (Pre-Opening)

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for attracting prospective tenants, managing lease documentation, and supporting all leasing activities for the successful pre-opening of Boracay Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage prospective tenants.

• Present available spaces and assist in lease negotiations.

• Prepare, process, and monitor lease contracts and related documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments for tenant requirements and approvals.

• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.

• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and clients.

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to support leasing.

• Perform other administrative and leasing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, administration, or contract management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Pleasing personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Willing to be assigned in Boracay Island.
