Role Description

The Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Panay. This role is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential commercial spaces, coordinating with property owners and landlords, and negotiating lease terms that align with company standards and budget. The Leasing Specialist prepares and reviews lease documents, ensures compliance with company policies, and tracks lease renewals and expirations. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, gathering market data, maintaining leasing records, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations and finance to support store expansion plans. The role also involves building strong relationships with external partners and promptly addressing leasing-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in negotiation, contract review, and lease administration for commercial properties.
• Ability to conduct market research and site assessments, including evaluating locations, foot traffic, and competitor presence.
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and use of basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leases simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in leasing, real estate, retail expansion, or property management is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Panay and conduct field visits as required.
