Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in business development, property leasing, sales/marketing, or brand management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network of professional/business contacts and customer service background.

The Leasing Officer is responsible for tenants prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of supervisory level experience in business development, property leasing, sales and marketing, and/or brand management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contacts will be extremely helpful;
• Travel is an inherent component of the position.
• Must be willing to report in Makati City
