• 5–7 years of leasing, real estate, retail, or mall management experience.
• Strong experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and tenant relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective leasing strategies.
• Experience working in mall/retail/commercial property industry is highly preferred.
