Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Leasing Manager for Commercial Spaces to lead mall leasing operations, secure new tenants, and optimize the tenant mix to drive profitability.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and relationship management with tenants, aligned to company policies and mall standards; onsite work in Sto. Tomas with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and achieving leasing targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in leasing, real estate, retail, or mall management.
• Strong experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and tenant relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective leasing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve leasing targets and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage lease negotiations, contract preparation, and lease renewals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing concerns.
• Evaluate tenant mix and recommend strategies to improve category balance and mall performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate with mall operations, marketing, and management teams to support tenant performance.
• Monitor tenant sales performance and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
