Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing professional to lead lease administration, drive leasing initiatives, and optimize tenant mix across properties in Metro Manila.

You will collaborate with tenants, stakeholders, and internal teams to hit occupancy targets and maximize performance. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in Leasing or Mall/Retail management, strong negotiation and project management skills, and MS Office proficiency; SAP or CAD knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Leasing, Sales, Mall Management, Retail Management, or a similar role.
• Strong skills in collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and innovative solutions that support commercial objectives.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Knowledge of SAP, CAD, or related systems is an advantage.
