Job summary

PRIMEFORM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION seeks an experienced Leasing Manager for an upcoming community mall in Balagtas, Bulacan, opening May 2027. The role leads pre-opening leasing, tenant mix development, and negotiations with prospective tenants.

Responsibilities include securing tenants across F&B, retail, services, and healthcare; presenting to prospects; coordinating lease documents; and building relationships with brokers and business owners. On-site requirement in Balagtas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in mall leasing, commercial property, retail, or real estate leasing.
• Experience in mall or commercial property leasing is highly preferred.

LEASING MANAGER – PRE-OPENING COMMUNITY MALL

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Leasing Manager to join our team for an upcoming community mall in Balagtas, Bulacan, with a target opening in May 2027.

The Leasing Manager will lead the mall’s pre-opening leasing activities, develop the right tenant mix, identify and secure potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and build strong relationships with prospective and confirmed tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the mall’s leasing strategy and tenant mix.
• Actively prospect and secure tenants from F&B, retail, services, healthcare, lifestyle, entertainment, and other suitable businesses.
• Identify potential anchor tenants and established brands as well as qualified local businesses.
• Conduct tenant presentations, site inspections, business meetings, and negotiations.
• Prepare leasing proposals and coordinate lease documentation.
• Maintain an updated tenant pipeline and monitor leasing targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, business owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate tenant requirements with Mall Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
• Monitor tenant fit-out progress and opening schedules.
• Assist in developing the mall’s tenant mix, rental strategy, and leasing policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports for the Mall General Manager.
• Achieve agreed occupancy, signed-lease, and leasing revenue targets before mall opening.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in mall leasing, commercial property, retail, or real estate leasing.
• Experience in mall or commercial property leasing is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to prospect and acquire tenants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Willing to conduct field visits and actively meet prospective tenants.
• Willing to work on-site in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
