Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in mall, commercial property, facilities, retail, hospitality, or operations management.
• 2–3 years of management supervising teams and coordinating multiple departments or service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall and common areas.
• Report directly to the General Mall Manager on daily operations, issues, incidents, tenant concerns, maintenance, safety, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with tenants to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with mall policies.
• Supervise and coordinate security, housekeeping, maintenance, engineering, parking, and other service providers.
• Monitor the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and overall condition of the mall.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers regarding repairs, maintenance, construction completion, and operational requirements.
• Develop and implement mall operating procedures, emergency procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, building, sanitation, and local regulatory requirements.
• Handle tenant and customer operational concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor utilities, equipment, facilities, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for the General Mall Manager.
• Assist in preparing the mall for its grand opening and ensure operational readiness before opening.
• Coordinate with the Leasing Manager, Marketing Team, Finance, Security, Engineering, and Mall Management.
• Lead, train, and supervise mall operations personnel.
• Monitor operating expenses and recommend measures to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate action with security, engineering, emergency responders, and management.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the General Mall Manager.

OPERATIONS MANAGER – COMMUNITY MALL IN BALAGTAS AREA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall operational readiness of the Mall. The Operations Manager will ensure that mall facilities, tenants, customers, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and support services operate efficiently, safely, and according to established standards.

Reporting Line:

The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Mall Manager and will work closely with the Leasing Manager, Marketing Team, Finance, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other mall support teams.

Management Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple departments or service providers.
