PRIME Philippines is seeking an experienced Leasing Leader to drive comprehensive leasing strategies, oversee regional teams, and manage major transactions across commercial properties. You will build executive-level client relationships, influence occupancy growth, and contribute to market leadership in the Visayas portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or related industries.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing leasing, brokerage, or sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management.
• Established network of corporate clients and decision-makers across CRE sectors.
• Demonstrated success in originating, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead, and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and asset value across all properties in the portfolio.
• Provide executive leadership to regional leasing teams and align with corporate objectives.
• Handle major leasing transactions including tenant acquisition, renewals, expansions, negotiations, and contracts.
• Drive lead generation, oversee property presentations and inspections, and ensure end-to-end leasing and after-sales service.
• Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to position properties and maintain market leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Research, IT, Finance to ensure integrated leasing operations.
• Use data-driven insights to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand presence in the Visayas region.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, retention, and service across the portfolio.
